Nick Johnson

Nick Johnson is a seasoned GIS Analyst with extensive experience in spatial database management and mapping, currently serving as a Sr. GIS Analyst at Antero Resources since July 2019 and at Purple Land Management since July 2012. With over 7 years of experience, Nick possesses expertise in database maintenance, QA/QC procedures, troubleshooting, spatial analysis, and the creation of maps and reports for various departments, including Geoscience and Engineering. Prior roles include a GIS Analyst focusing on land record databases and a GIS Intern at both the Stark County Regional Planning Commission and North Point Geographic Solutions, where updating and digitizing survey data was central. Nick holds a Master's degree in Geographic Information Sciences from The University of Akron and a Bachelor's degree in Geography and Environmental Studies from The University of Minnesota Duluth.
