Olin Kealoha Lagon has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Olin Kealoha is the Founder and CTO of Shifted Energy, a company that aims to provide accessible energy solutions. Olin is also involved in Kakoo Oiwi, where they work on innovation and helps manage an Ohana Lo'i Kuleana. Currently, they serve as the Chairman of the Office of Economic Revitalization Commissioner at the City and County of Honolulu. Olin is also a Co-Founder of Purple Mai'ba Foundation, a nonprofit that focuses on teaching Hawaiian children coding skills. Additionally, they are a Board Member of Ceeds of Peace, which aims to develop peacebuilding leaders. Olin serves as the Co-founder and Chairman of Asio Corp, which provides custom solutions for Native Hawaiian organizations. Olin Kealoha Lagon has a diverse educational background that spans several institutions and fields of study. In 1990, Olin attended Honolulu Community College, where they obtained an AA degree in Liberal Arts in 1993. They then pursued higher education at the University of Hawaiʻi - Shidler College of Business from 1993 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Accounting and International Entrepreneurship. During this time, Olin also obtained a certificate from the Pacific Asian Management Institute in International Business in 1994.

In 1993, Olin concurrently pursued a Bachelor's degree at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, engaging in a general self-study program, which they completed in 1995. Additionally, Olin participated in two summer study abroad programs to China, Japan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Thailand in 1994 and 1995, obtaining a certificate from the University of Hawaiʻi - Shidler College of Business.

Expanding their educational horizons, Olin traveled to Moscow State University in Zelenograd, where they obtained a certificate in the Russian Language in 2000. This experience reflects their interest in learning about different cultures and languages.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Olin obtained a Kamehameha Schools Fellowship in International Development at the East-West Center in 1994-1995. This opportunity allowed them to further explore their interest in global issues and development.

Lastly, in 2023, Olin obtained a certification in Designing and Building AI Products and Services from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology | edX.
