Colleen Connors

Colleen Connors is an experienced leader in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Purple Strategies since March 2023. Prior to this role, Connors was the Chief Talent Officer at The ONE Campaign from January 2019 to March 2023. A significant portion of professional experience was accumulated at Porter Novelli, where Connors held multiple senior leadership positions, culminating as Executive Vice President, Global Talent Leader. Additional positions include Principal at Project Management Consulting and Chief Operating Officer & Chief of Staff at Save Darfur Coalition. Early career roles include communications and media strategy positions at The Rendon Group, U.S. News & World Report, and Edelman.
