Barbara Rape

Barbara Rape SHRM-CP is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Purple since August 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Bonduelle Fresh Americas and Berry Global, Inc., as well as a Contract Senior HR Representative. Barbara's diverse background also encompasses a decade-long tenure as a Special Education Math Teacher at Henry County School Board, where skills in developing IEPs and fostering positive learning environments were honed. Additionally, Barbara's HR career started at UPS and includes military service as a Flight Medic Trainer with the GA Army National Guard. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Clayton State University.
