Stephanie Licata, M.A., A.C.C. has over 20 years of experience in various leadership and coaching roles. Stephanie is currently the Director of Coaching at The ASK Method Company, where they support an international team of coaches and online marketing experts. Prior to this, they served as the VP, Executive Coaching Practice at Purpose & Performance Group, where they focused on developing leaders at all levels of management and designing customized coach training programs. Stephanie also worked as an Organizational Development Consultant & Coach at SChange Ventures LLC, providing training, coaching, and consulting services to a wide range of industries. Stephanie was the Head of Consulting Division and Director of Operations at DCG Acquisitions, where they built the back-end operations of the company. Stephanie also served as the Managing Director of Training & Business Development at Native Nation Events, overseeing conference strategy and delivering HR training and leadership development products. Stephanie has additional experience as a Learning and Development Project Manager at inVentiv Health, Director of Programming & Membership at DailyWorth, and Senior Consultant in Instructional Design at Inqune.
