Dr. Rasheema Caldwell

Dr. Rasheema Caldwell currently serves as the Dean of Students at Purpose Built Schools, specifically as the 12th Grade Academy Administrator, since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Principal at Harper-Archer Elementary School from January 2022 to July 2023, Instructional Leadership Coordinator with Atlanta Public Schools from December 2019 to December 2021, and Principal at Charter Schools USA from March 2019 to November 2019. Previously, Dr. Caldwell was also an Assistant Principal with Atlanta Public Schools from June 2014 to February 2019. Academically, Dr. Caldwell holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Reading from Nova Southeastern University, an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the same institution, a Master's in Instructional Technology and Curriculum Design from American InterContinental University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
