Bonnie Oliva-Porter is the CEO and Founder of MARGINS: A Workplace Innovation Studio, a consulting firm dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations address complex business challenges and foster equitable workplaces. With extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Bonnie has served as a Venture Partner at Purpose Built, Senior Consultant at Converge Firm and Tusk Consulting, and held various leadership roles including Global Director of Diversity, Equity and Workplace Culture at Tala. Bonnie's earlier career included significant roles with the NYC Department of Small Business Services, Empowerment Group, and Ann Taylor, Inc. Bonnie holds a Master of Public Administration in Financial Management from NYU, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Finance and Accounting from The Wharton School, and a BA in Government from Wesleyan University.
