J. Zachary Ciccone

J. Zachary Ciccone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture partnership, business ownership, and real estate development. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Purpose Built since April 2023, Ciccone focuses on fostering mission-driven companies and promoting sustainable practices. As a Business Owner of Field Day since June 2022, Ciccone has created a community space that emphasizes collaboration and engagement. In addition, Ciccone is the Managing Partner of a boutique development company and teaches venture-building and entrepreneurship courses as an Adjunct Faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at spaceOS, Head of Growth and Co-Founder at Beauty Shoppe, and various board member positions. Ciccone holds a Master of Science in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Music Theory from Kenyon College.
