Joseph DeLio has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Joseph started their career as a Software Developer at Lockheed Martin, where they gained valuable experience working on the Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) satellite program. Joseph then joined Blackthorn Advisory Group, later acquired by Purpose Financial, where they served as the Managing Director of Software Development. In this role, they led a team that developed and introduced marketing tools leveraging emerging technologies. Currently, Joseph holds the position of Director – Innovation Science and Architecture at Purpose Financial. Joseph is a key resource in post-acquisition business development and has successfully architectured and launched an online lending sub-brand.
Joseph DeLio obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2001. Joseph further pursued their education and completed a Masters degree in Software Engineering from Penn State Great Valley from 2003 to 2005.
