Steve Ritter

Steve Ritter is currently the EVP of the East Zone at Purpose Financial. Prior to this, they spent 18 years at OneMain Financial, where they were the Senior Managing Director of Branch Operations. In this role, they oversaw 350 branch offices across eight states with 1,600 employees.

Ritter is a Consumer Finance Executive with 25+ years of experience in business operations. Steve is recognized as an Award-winning Business Operations Pacesetter and is known for their focus on achieving profitability, process improvements and building stakeholder partnerships. Steve is also known for being a solutions strategist and leader who builds and empowers teams.

Ritter has a proven track record of success in acting as a strategic liaison between the internal and external stakeholders and accomplishing the business vision. Steve is a customer-centric executive who is able to juggle multi-functional responsibilities in a fast pace environment.

Steve Ritter has a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Florida State University. Steve also has a certification from the Main Event Management Institute in Model-Netics Associate.

They work with Scot Goodman - EVP, West Zone, Jim McQueen - Chief Technology Officer, and Casey Earhart - Chief Financial Officer. Their manager is Jessica Rustin, CEO.
