Rajalakshmi Sivakumar, SPHRi, is currently working as the Manager - HR & Admin at Purpose Legal since January 2016. Previously, Rajalakshmi held positions such as Senior Executive Human Resources at the same company and Administrative Assistant at Cobra Legal Solutions. With experience in Executive Onboarding at Nextierr Private Ltd, Rajalakshmi also holds a PGDHRM from Alagappa University and a degree in Human resource management from IBMI. Rajalakshmi is currently pursuing an SPHRi degree from HRCI.
