Lital Gilad-Shaoulian

Lital Gilad-Shaoulian has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Lital is the Founder and CEO of PurposeBio, a Deep-Tech SynBio Platform focused on developing therapeutics for unmet needs in Cardiometabolic Disease. Lital is also an Investor and Strategy Advisor at Authenticiti and a Founding Ambassador at Boost by BioBreak, a non-profit platform for life science female executives.

Prior to their current roles, Lital served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at SRI International, where they worked with a team of scientists and venture teams to create the vision for PurposeBio. Lital was also a Founding Partner at Perseverance Factor, guiding companies on impactful business planning and helping them achieve massive growth.

In 2016, Lital was the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TaskUs, responsible for bringing new strategic direction, growing revenue, and mentoring global Sales and Marketing departments. From 2013 to 2015, they held various positions at LivePerson, including Vice President of Sales for Global Strategic Accounts and Head of Enterprise Sales for North America East.

Lital's career also includes Director roles at NICE Ltd, where they led the EMEA Sales team for Cross-Channel Analytics, and at RSA/EMC, where they focused on Strategic Alliances and Business Development for Online Consumer Banking Anti Fraud Solutions. Lital started their career as a Regional Sales Manager at SuperDerivatives.

Lital Gilad-Shaoulian's education history starts with obtaining a LL.B degree in Commercial and Tax Law from Bar Ilan University Affiliate between 1997 and 2001. Following that, Lital pursued an MBA (Full Time) degree with a focus on Global Financial Markets & International Marketing at the University of London from 2002 to 2003. Later, they pursued a course on Prescription Drug Regulation, Cost, and Access through edX in 2020.
