Blair Martineau

Blair Martineau has an extensive work history in sales and marketing. They began their career as a Sales Representative at ITW Global Fasteners in 1987 and later worked as a Sales Engineer at AVK Industrial Products. In 1993, they became a Regional Sales Manager at Thomas & Betts before moving on to Intermatic Incorporated as the Director of Sales & Marketing in 1996. They held this position for 12 years, during which they oversaw strategic marketing efforts and supervised a sales and support team. In 2008, Martineau became the Vice President of Sales at Brinkmann, where they were responsible for product development, sales forecasting, and managing sales channels. They then joined Bel Air Lighting in 2011 as the Director of Sales & Marketing, where they developed and implemented business strategies and reviewed market trends. Most recently, Martineau has held various roles at PurposeBuilt Brands, including Vice President of Sales, Vice President of Sales for National Accounts, and Senior Vice President of Sales.

Blair Martineau completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from 1983 to 1987.
