Leslie Baldwin

Leslie Baldwin is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in the community management and fiber industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Sales at Associa since October 2025, Baldwin previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Community Partnerships at Blue Stream Fiber from February 2024 to October 2025. Prior to that, Baldwin was with Associa in various roles including Vice President of Sales, where responsibilities included leading a team of 72 sales professionals across North America and driving revenue generation and sales strategy. Earlier career achievements include serving as Regional Sales Director, where Baldwin exceeded regional sales goals, and as Director of Client Relations and Management Services at Principal Management Group of Houston, where Baldwin led the office in account sales for four consecutive years.
