Gina Wietrecki has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and management. Gina is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PurposeBuilt Brands since November 2023. Prior to that, Gina held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at PurposeBuilt Brands from January 2023 to November 2023.
Before joining PurposeBuilt Brands, Gina worked at Weber Inc. from January 2019 to October 2022, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for HR leadership and strategy for Weber's Americas Region and Corporate, as well as the global Head of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion.
Gina also has experience at Brunswick Corporation as the Senior Manager of Human Resources from September 2016 to December 2018. Gina provided HR partnership and support to corporate executives and functions such as IT, Technology, Finance, Strategy, Legal, Communications, and HR. Gina's earlier experience includes working at Newell Brands from July 2009 to May 2014, where they served as a Human Resources Leader. Gina acted as an HR business partner for the Writing segment's R&D, Supply Chain, and Sourcing functions. Gina also held various positions such as HR Representative, IT Leader, IT Analyst, and Training & Development Coordinator.
Gina's career started at American Eagle Outfitters in September 2002, where they worked as a Store Manager. Gina managed the daily operations and business ownership of stores with varying sales volumes. Gina also held roles as Assistant Store Manager, Key Holder, and Sales Associate.
Gina Wietrecki holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Roosevelt University. Gina also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the same university. Furthermore, Gina has additional certifications, including a Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) credential from AIRS powered by ADP and a Certificate in Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, both obtained in 2021.
