Erik Lallum

Erik Lallum serves as the Chief Development Officer at PurposeEnergy since June 2023, where responsibilities include strategic customer development and commercial transactions related to food waste from various industries. Previously, Erik held the position of Senior Vice President in the Capital Project Group at BrightFarms from November 2017 to 2023, leading nationwide capital project expansions and strategic development initiatives. Erik's extensive experience in renewable energy includes a tenure as Vice President of Engineering and Construction Services at Iberdrola Renewables, where project assets grew significantly under leadership. Additional roles include Managing Director of Engineering and Construction and Director of Project Management at Iberdrola, along with early career positions as a Project Manager at Vestas and Huitt-Zollars, Inc. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, an MBA in Technology and Innovation Management from Pacific Lutheran University, and completed Executive Education in Organizational Leadership and Finance at IMD.
