Donna Miller is the co-founder and CEO of Purse Power, a company that encourages women to use their spending power to support causes they care about. Donna has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held senior positions at Avaya, Chaparral Energy, and US WEST/MediaOne/AT&T Broadband. Donna is a key player in the HR industry, and has been instrumental in transforming HR into a best-in-class, value-creating department. Donna is passionate about empowering women and supporting causes they care about, and they are dedicated to making Purse Power a success.

Donna Miller has a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Psychology from Baylor University. Donna also has a Certificate in Bank of America Institute for Women's Entrepreneurship from Cornell University. Furthermore, they have an MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Colorado Denver. Lastly, they have various certifications from LinkedIn, SHRM, and the International Coach Federation.
