Sowmya Sridhar

Sowmya Sridhar is the CEO of Xyant Services, which specializes in Human Capital Management, Data Services, and AI for the Banking and Pharma industries. With extensive leadership experience, Sowmya also serves as a Co-Founder and Investor at Vast Vertex Media, a board member at multiple organizations including WomenExecs on Boards and Boyd Street Ventures, and an Advisory Board Member at Myri Health. Previous roles include Managing Director of the MSV Cares Foundation and Sr. Advisor at Echo. Educational credentials include executive education programs at Harvard Business School and the Harvard Kennedy School, as well as a Master of Legal Studies from the University of Oklahoma. Sowmya holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Physics.
