Heather Broadway is an experienced Quality Manager with a robust background in industrial engineering and quality assurance. Currently serving at Pursuit Aerospace since October 2018, Heather has previously held similar roles at Whitcraft Group and TECT Power, Inc., and has extensive experience at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included leading teams in manufacturing engineering and quality management. In addition to hands-on industry experience, Heather has contributed to academia as an Industrial Engineering Consultant and Guest Lecturer at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, where involvement included training students in Six Sigma methodologies. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
