Salim Hermes

Salim Hermes is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Help Desk Analyst at Paradigm Precision and a Senior Help Desk Analyst at Pursuit Aerospace since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Salim worked at Shell from 2014 to April 2021, providing onsite support and ensuring timely resolution of IT service requests. At BG Group, from February 2014 to June 2016, Salim operated as an IT Desk Side Analyst, handling end-user service requests and troubleshooting IT incidents. Salim holds a Licentiate degree in Information Technology from the Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Sfax, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
