Sarah Bergeron

Sarah Bergeron has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in different companies. Sarah is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Pursuit Aerospace since 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Whitcraft Group from 2022 to 2023. Before joining Whitcraft Group, Sarah worked at L3Harris Technologies from 2018 to 2022, where they served as the Director of Human Resources for Sector HR and later as the Senior Principal of Division HR. Sarah also held the position of Director of Human Resources for COE at L3Harris Corporation. Earlier in their career, Sarah worked at GE Aviation as a Human Resources Manager from 2011 to 2018. Sarah also has experience as a Human Resources Leader at Target from 2007 to 2011.

Sarah Bergeron earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Providence College, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. In 2012, they pursued further education at Villanova University and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Development in 2013.
