Meera Kweon is a seasoned academic and industry expert in food science, currently serving as a Professor and Associate Professor at Pusan National University since March 2015. Prior to this, Meera Kweon provided technical consultancy at Cereal Science Consultancy from September 2014 and worked as a Sr. Scientist at Pepperidge Farm for a short tenure in early 2014, following a similar role at Campbell Soup Company from December 2010 to December 2013.
