Meera Kweon

Meera Kweon is a seasoned academic and industry expert in food science, currently serving as a Professor and Associate Professor at Pusan National University since March 2015. Prior to this, Meera Kweon provided technical consultancy at Cereal Science Consultancy from September 2014 and worked as a Sr. Scientist at Pepperidge Farm for a short tenure in early 2014, following a similar role at Campbell Soup Company from December 2010 to December 2013. Earlier experience includes a position as a Research Food Technologist at USDA-ARS from November 2005 to December 2010 and as an Associate Principal Scientist at Kraft Foods from September 1995 to November 2005. Meera Kweon's academic journey began with a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Saskatchewan from January 1994 to August 1995. Meera Kweon holds a Ph.D., a Master's degree, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from Seoul National University.
