Rebecca Lee Douglas

Rebecca Lee Douglas is a seasoned audio producer with extensive experience in podcast production and storytelling. Currently serving as a Contract Producer at Pushkin Industries since January 2025, Rebecca focuses on producing an upcoming season of “The Happiness Lab.” Previously, Rebecca held multiple roles at Freakonomics from August 2018 to December 2024, including Senior Producer for the successful spinoff podcast “No Stupid Questions.” Recognized for creativity and leadership, Rebecca has a history of developing award-winning content, such as the science podcast "Brave New Planet" while working with Boston Globe Media. Rebecca's work also includes significant contributions to various prominent media organizations, showcasing expertise in production, research, and audience engagement strategies. An alumna of Barnard College and the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism, Rebecca has a strong academic background in English Language and Literature and Journalism.
