Monica Mercer

Monica Mercer (Seif) is a 4th Grade Teacher at Putnam City Schools and has previous experience as a Guest Teacher in various school districts. Monica is also a Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant. Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Augustana College and an ESL endorsement from Western Illinois University. Monica is licensed to teach in Illinois, Iowa, and Oklahoma.
