Rachel Franks

Rachel Franks is a 3rd-grade teacher at Central Elementary School and Western Oaks Elementary School, working in a Tier 3 classroom at a Title School. Rachel also works as a tutor/substitute at Putnam City Schools. Previously, Rachel was a certified personal trainer at Golds Gym, achieving 4th place in World Beauty Fitness and Fashion as a Bikini Competitor in 2014. Rachel has experience as a music specialist at Putnam City Schools and as a head lifeguard/water aerobics instructor at Vernie Snow Aquatic Center. Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration, a Bachelor of Music Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Vocal Performance from Southern Nazarene University. Rachel graduated from Kingfisher High School in 2007.
