Ryan Spilman

Ryan Spilman is currently the Executive Director of Finance at Putnam City Schools. Prior to this role, Ryan held positions such as Logistics Manager at Meta Special Aerospace, Accounting Manager at the University of Oklahoma, and Maintenance Control Officer in the US Army. Ryan's education includes a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Oklahoma. Ryan also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the same institution.
