Michelle Mikell has over 25 years of experience in the education sector, primarily with Putnam County School District. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Parent and Family Engagement & Compliance since May 2016, Michelle's previous roles include High School Counselor and MTSS Coordinator/Cambridge Coordinator. Michelle began their career in education as a teacher with the same school district from September 1996 to October 2012. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from The University of West Alabama (2012-2014), a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saint Leo University (1994-1996), and an Associate of Arts from St. Johns River State College (1990-1994).
