Sara Gustavesen

Sara Gustavesen is a seasoned wellness professional with extensive experience in health promotion and fitness programming. Currently serving as the Wellness Coordinator at Putnam Plastics since August 2013, Sara established a comprehensive worksite wellness program catering to over 300 employees. As a Community & Corporate Wellness Speaker for InsideOut Wellness, Sara delivers engaging presentations on balanced living, tailoring content to meet employee needs. Previously, Sara operated Saracise, offering diverse yoga and wellness classes, and served as an instructor at Eastern Connecticut State University. With roles ranging from Health Coach at Nurtur to Product Manager at Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI, Sara has a demonstrated history of creating and implementing effective health initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Allied Health and a Bachelor’s in Health and Fitness Management from the University of Connecticut and Eastern Connecticut State University, respectively.
