Mika Tolmunen has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as an R&D engineer and Production Foreman at Puustelli Group Oy since October 2008, where responsibilities include staff management, recruitment, training, and enhancing production and workplace safety. Prior experience includes a role as Production Foreman at Novart Oy from May 2006 to September 2008, focusing on staff performance management and policy enforcement. Mika Tolmunen holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management and Service Business from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2022, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management and Wood Technology from the same institution and Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, respectively.
