Elin Filipp

Elin Filipp has a diverse work experience in human resources. From 2014 to 2015, they interned at Regeringskansliet, where they focused on HR strategy and wrote a research paper on equal rights and opportunities. From 2015 to 2018, Elin worked at Ants - Tech Recruiters as an HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Consultant. In 2018, they joined Talentech Group as a Chief People Officer, overseeing HR operations and talent management. In 2023, Elin became the Chief People Officer at Puzzel, a leading provider of cloud contact centre solutions.

From 2012 to 2015, Elin Filipp attended Umeå University where they obtained a Filosofie kandidatexamen (fil.kand.) in Personalvetetarprogrammet, specializing in sociology with a focus on personal and work-life issues.
