Javiera Lepe Molina

Javiera Lepe Molina is a skilled UX/UI Designer currently working at MIND - The Experience Company since August 2022, collaborating with clients such as Casaideas, Principal Chile, Principal MX, EGT, Alemana Seguros, and Santander. Previously, Javiera served as a Graphic Designer at COPEC S.A. for a brief tenure from April to June 2022, where responsibilities included creating internal graphic materials and supporting the development of an internal application prototype using Adobe XD. Javiera is pursuing a UX/UI Design degree at Desafío Latam, with an expected completion date in January 2024, and holds a prior degree from INACAP, obtained between 2018 and 2021.
