Tiare Parada

Tiare Parada currently serves as a Performance Manager at Rompecabeza - The Marketing Company since July 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Marketing Intelligence Product Intern at Natura &Co, where Tiare contributed to reports and presentations related to brand analysis from August 2022 to February 2023. Tiare also worked as a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Administration at Universidad de Santiago de Chile, providing reinforcement classes and supporting final projects from March 2022 to July 2022. Earlier internships include a position at Bayer CropScience Vegetable Seeds, focusing on project closure reports and collaborative conference participation, and a logistics role at Monsanto Company, managing traceability of seed for export.
