Jennifer Butler Sphr

Jennifer Butler, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Jennifer is currently the Human Resources Director at PV Fluid Products, a role they began in December 2017. Prior to this, Jennifer served as the Region Human Resources Manager at Rockwater Energy Solutions from November 2011 to December 2017. Jennifer also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Baker Hughes from September 2006 to November 2011, and as a Human Resources Supervisor at EnPro Industries Inc. from April 2004 to September 2006. Jennifer's career in Human Resources began at Baker Hughes in March 1995, where they held various positions until March 2004.

Jennifer Butler, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, attended Louisiana Tech University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Prior to their university studies, they attended Baton Rouge High School. In terms of professional certifications, Jennifer obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in December 2011. Additionally, they hold the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, which they acquired in April 2015. Jennifer also possesses the Human Resources Safety-Certified Manager certification from HRwebadvisor.com, which they attained in July 2020.
