Benoit Etienne

Benoit ETIENNE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Talent at Groupe P&V since September 2021, Benoit previously operated as an independent entrepreneur focusing on project management for a psychotherapist center. Prior to this, Benoit held various roles at SWIFT from February 2001 to October 2018, culminating as the Head of Global People & Organisation Development, where significant accomplishments included implementing a comprehensive Learning Management System and enhancing global leadership capabilities. Benoit's foundational education includes degrees in Economics from Université catholique de Louvain, Human Resources Management from Haute Ecole Namuroise Catholique, and the Transconstellation programme from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
