Koen Pellaers

Koen Pellaers has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Koen worked as a Job Student at Electrical Contracting Genk from July 1986 to 1988. Koen then joined P&V Panels in September 1988, starting as an Account Manager. Koen held various roles within the company, including Sales Manager Projects and Sales & Marketing Director. Koen Pellaers later founded their own consulting company, KoenRaad Consulting, in July 2016, where they currently serve as the Zaakvoerder.

Koen Pellaers has a diverse educational background that spans several years. In 1988, they attended TIO Tongeren and pursued a specialization in HSO Nijverheids Elektriciteit Specialisatie Sterkstroom. Following this, in 2007, they enrolled at Penta Management and completed a Sales Management program. In 2012, they studied Management en Leiderschap at Krauthammer.

Continuing their education, from 2013 onwards, Koen attended The Second Phase where they participated in an Intrapreneurial Boot Camp. In 2016 and 2017, they attended VKW Academy, completing a Mini MBA Masterclass session and a Masterclass in Groei (8 steps towards sustainable growth), respectively. In 2022, they enrolled in VKW Academy once again, this time pursuing a Master in de strategie degree with a specialization in Masterclass Innovation "Advance Strategy Program".

In 2023, Koen also attended Wine & Spirit Education Trust, obtaining a WSET-Kwalificatie Wijn Niveau 2 qualification.
