Bruce Hollands is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the non-profit and public sectors. Since August 2009, Bruce has served as President & CEO of the PVC Pipe Association, representing North American manufacturers of sustainable PVC pipe for water, sewer, and irrigation infrastructure. Prior to this role, Bruce was President of Innovative Service Solutions, where responsibilities included assisting private companies in government marketing and fostering collaborative initiatives for effective policy solutions from January 2001 to July 2009. Additionally, Bruce held the position of Executive Vice President, Marketing and Director of Corporate Development at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities from April 1993 to November 2001, managing strategic communications and member relations in the municipal sector. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Political Science and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History, both from the University of Ottawa.

The Uni-Bell PVC Pipe Association was founded in 1971 as a non-profit organization and is the authoritative source of information on PVC water, sewer, and reclaimed water pipe and serves the engineering, regulatory, public health and standardization communities. Our mission is to promote use of longer-life, lower-maintenance, corrosion-proof PVC pipe in water and wastewater systems – for real sustainability, strength and long-term asset management. The Association offers free technical and engineering support for the design, installation and application of PVC piping systems.
