Johan Walter

Johan Walter currently serves as a member of the verantwoordingsorgaan and project leader for NPS at the St pensioenfonds voor KLM grondpersoneel since July 2022. Having worked at KLM since December 2009, Johan holds the position of Director LabourTimeManagement E&M, focusing on projects that influence productivity, challenging workload profiles, and managing work schedules. Additionally, Johan is an active member of PvdA and has held various leadership roles within OPSPOOR and Stichting Openbare Kantoortijden School, providing oversight and guidance in educational and childcare settings. Johan's previous experiences include serving as chairman of the complaints committee for the Gemeente Haarlem and participating in the participatory council of Gemeente Haarlemmermeer. Johan's educational background includes advanced studies in Planning and completion of VWO.
