Marco Florijn

Marco Florijn serves as the Programmaleider for FNO Zorg voor kansen, focusing on financing impact enterprises in their growth phase and leading the Jongeren INC program, which supports young individuals with chronic conditions. Additionally, Marco holds various leadership roles including Kwartiermaker at Impact Platform and co-founder and chairman positions at Sociale Banken Nederland and Ouder- en Kindteams Amsterdam. As a longstanding member of the PvdA party and former chairman of multiple organizations such as NVVK and Dansateliers, Marco demonstrates expertise in social finance and complex multistakeholder programs. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and multiple degrees in Sociology and Management. Marco is currently pursuing ICF Accredited coaching education to become a Transformational Executive Coach.
