Dennis Gupta

Dennis Gupta is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax reporting and transformation. Currently serving as SVP of Global Tax Reporting & Transformation at PVH Corp. since May 2024, Dennis previously held the position of Tax Partner at PwC from February 2020 to May 2024. Prior roles include Executive Director - Tax and Tax Director at Warner Media Group from January 2011 to December 2019, and Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from September 2000 to January 2011. Dennis Gupta holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a degree in Business with a focus on Accounting from Fordham University.
