Karol Leigland

Karol Leigland has extensive experience in the fashion industry, particularly in sourcing and production roles. Currently serving as VP of Sourcing & Production for Tommy Hilfiger at PVH Corp. since 2011, Karol oversees a team of 13 and manages global allocations and cost processes to ensure high quality and financial success. Prior to this role, Karol spent 14 years at Tommy Hilfiger, progressing from Senior Director of Mens, Womens & Plus Size Wholesale to Director of Global Sourcing, contributing to significant revenue management and cross-functional team coordination. Early career experiences include a Production Coordinator role at Oscar de la Renta and production management positions at Cynthia Steffe and CALVIN KLEIN, where Karol developed and efficiently managed production operations. Karol holds a degree from Southern Connecticut State University.
