Melania Nice is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and supply strategy within the apparel industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operational Excellence and Senior Director of Supply Strategy at PVH Corp. since March 2021, Melania previously held key leadership roles at Calvin Klein, overseeing sourcing for Women’s Underwear and Advanced Concepts, and establishing significant vendor processes. Melania's background also includes director and managerial positions at The Natori Company, Mast Industries, and Victoria's Secret, where responsibilities ranged from product development and sourcing to production management, consistently achieving growth and efficiency improvements. Melania holds a BS in Apparel Design from Cornell University.
