Yolanda Ho

Yolanda Ho is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. As Vice President of Talent, Culture, and Engagement at PVH Corp. since September 2018, Yolanda focuses on enhancing the employee experience through a comprehensive approach that includes talent acquisition and inclusion initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Director at Future You-INSPIRED, Head of People Development and Change at Cathay Pacific Airways, and Talent Development Director at Nike, among others. Yolanda holds an M.B.A. from Henley Business School and expertise in executive coaching from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, supplemented by a B.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
