Paul Hendrikx

Paul Hendrikx is an accomplished professional with over three decades of experience in vastgoedmanagement and consultancy. As the founder, owner, and director of PVM vastgoedadviseurs since May 1994, Paul has established a strong presence in the field. Previous roles include managing partner at Centrum voor Mondzorg Breda, focusing on practice management and sales from January 2008 to December 2010, and co-founder and director at Partners Plus, where strategic, tactical, and operational issues in property management were addressed from April 1990 to May 1994. Paul also contributed as co-founder and senior advisor at Van Dal, Belt + Partners BV from February 1985 to March 1990 and worked as an advisor and project leader at Securiton BV earlier in 1984. Academically, Paul holds degrees in construction and business management from Eindhoven University of Technology and in construction technology from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
