Philip van Susante

Philip van Susante is an accomplished consultant and educator in the field of real estate with extensive experience spanning various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a consultant at PVM since February 2020, Philip supports housing corporations and property owners in maintenance processes, contract formation, and regulatory compliance while also managing construction projects. In addition, Philip leads courses in real estate and construction law at Vastgoed Business School. Earlier roles include managing holiday rentals, editing articles on democracy and societal issues, and providing legal expertise in private and administrative law. Philip has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Laws from Maastricht University and a Master of Science in Architecture from Eindhoven University of Technology, complemented by language skills in German.
