Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations at PVR Limited since May 2022. Prior to this role, Gaurav was Vice President of Business Development and M&A at Bharti Enterprise from July 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included identifying and leading strategic growth opportunities across multiple regions. Previous experience includes positions as Vice President in Investment Banking at Avendus Capital, VP of M&A Advisory at Axis Capital, and Assistant Vice President in Investment Banking at ENAM. Gaurav also completed an internship at SUN Group Private Equity and conducted community work related to social impact financing. Gaurav began the career at Maruti Udyog Limited as an Assistant Manager in facility planning and procurement. Academically, Gaurav holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a PGDM in Finance from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.
