Christina Koulias

Christina Koulias has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Christina began their career at National Australia Bank, where they worked in operational risk and regulatory compliance management for consumer banking solutions. At NAB, they were responsible for implementing risk and compliance frameworks and ensuring adherence to legislation and industry standards. Christina also held various positions in product management and strategic planning within the Consumer Deposits business.

Christina then joined the Supreme Court of Victoria as a Senior Associate, where they managed trials and applications and contributed to the drafting of judgments and orders.

Christina went on to work at Clayton Utz as a Lawyer, specializing in banking and financial services. Their responsibilities included providing legal advice on corporate governance, restructuring, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Christina then transitioned to the United Nations Global Compact, initially as an Advisor in Legal and Policy, and later as the Lead of the Global Governance team. In these roles, they led various initiatives focused on engaging businesses and other stakeholders in promoting the rule of law and corporate sustainability. Christina also represented the UN Global Compact at conferences and symposiums, with a particular focus on engaging the legal profession.

Christina has additional certification as an Australian lawyer, admitted to practice by the Supreme Court of Victoria in April 2011.
