Jason Smart

Jason Smart currently serves as the Director of Threat Intelligence for PwC Australia, leading global threat intelligence efforts in the APAC region since March 2021. Previously, Jason contributed to PwC UK from November 2016 to February 2021, advancing from Cyber Threat Detection & Response Manager to Senior Manager, where responsibilities included analyzing Advanced Persistent Threat campaigns and managing technical threat intelligence teams globally. Additionally, Jason is a committee member for the Cyber Threat Intelligence Professionals Sub-Committee at CREST and has held positions as a Senior Strategic Intrusion Analyst at CrowdStrike and Senior Information Security Analyst for the Department of Defence of Australia. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Computer and Network Security from Edith Cowan University.
