Nikhil de Silva

Nikhil de Silva is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across technology and consulting sectors. Currently, Nikhil serves as a Partner at PwC Australia since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nikhil was the Managing Director for Professional Services at Amazon Web Services for Australia & New Zealand and briefly acting Managing Director for Asia Pacific & Japan. Nikhil has also held advisory roles at Sayers and various vice-presidential positions at Salesforce, focusing on strategic transformation, particularly within the Office of Innovation and Cloud Services. Nikhil's career commenced at PwC, where Nikhil rose through the ranks over 20 years to become a Partner leading Digital Services. Nikhil's educational background includes an Executive Education program at INSEAD, a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from RMIT University, and coursework at Melbourne Business School.
