Patrick Skjødt

Patrick Skjødt is a seasoned professional in the field of mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Partner and Head of Energy & Infrastructure M&A at PwC Danmark since October 2022. Previously, Patrick worked at Nykredit from February 2017 to October 2022 as Managing Director and Head of Advisory and Energy & Infrastructure M&A, focusing on complex financial transactions in the Energy & Infrastructure sector. As the Founder and Partner of MHS Corporate Finance from September 2010 to January 2017, Patrick led significant advisory projects, including a notable DKK 17bn acquisition of Nets Holding A/S. Earlier experience includes roles at Danske Markets, HSBC, and an academic foundation in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School. Patrick holds multiple degrees in International Business and related fields.
