Kia Lund

Kia Lund has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kia began their career at Nordea, where they worked as a Service Advisor, Personal Banking Advisor, and Banking Advisor, gaining experience in retail banking and customer service. Kia later joined PwC Finland as a Marketing and Business Development Manager for Private Company Services, where they focused on business development, sales, and marketing strategies for entrepreneurs and startup companies. Kia then transitioned to a role as a Markets Development Manager at PwC Finland, where they were responsible for driving sales and client leadership transformation strategies. Kia is currently working as a Senior Markets Development Manager and Sales Success Lead at PwC Finland, overseeing the development and implementation of client programs and managing the Salesforce CRM. Additionally, Kia serves as a Member of the Advisory Board for Typing Master Finland, where they contribute to the company's strategic development. Throughout their career, Kia has demonstrated expertise in strategy implementation, communication and marketing activities, partnerships, and fostering a customer-centric approach.

Kia Lund holds a Master's Degree in International Business with a major in Global Innovation Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship from Turku School of Economics. Kia also has an Investment Service Degree 1 from Aalto University. In addition, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations with a focus on E-marketing from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. Kia completed their secondary education by obtaining a Matriculation examination from Vaskivuori Upper Secondary School. Kia also has a certification in Ownership and Board Work training from Boardman Oy, which they obtained in 2021.
